We coordinate with the people involved, helping connect the drawings, specifications and decisions with the work being carried out. This helps everyone work towards the same agreed result.
We check that the work follows the design you approved.
As the work progresses, we review its quality and check it against the approved drawings and specifications.
That means looking at details such as where light fittings are positioned, how fitted furniture is installed and whether the finishes match what was agreed.

How often will you visit the site?
We agree the site involvement around your project, its location and the work being carried out. That includes discussing which stages need review and how we will coordinate with your team between visits.
Does this include carrying out the building work?
The building work is carried out by the appointed contractors and trades. Our role is to coordinate the agreed interior work and review it against the approved design. We agree those responsibilities with you and the team.
What happens when the work is finished?
We can provide guidance on caring for the finished interior. Any further support and follow-up are discussed as part of the agreed scope.
